Reports from Italy suggest that Milan has shown interest in Tottenham’s right-back, Emerson Royal. However, Tottenham has set a €30m price tag on the 25-year-old Brazilian. Milan’s main focus in the transfer market is to secure a starting striker to fill the void left by Olivier Giroud, who is set to join LAFC in the summer. Nonetheless, Milan is also keen on bolstering their options in central midfield and defense.

TMW and the print edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport have highlighted Emerson as a promising choice for Milan’s right-side defense. However, Milan is currently hesitant to meet the €30m valuation.

In terms of midfield targets, Paris Saint-Germain’s Manuel Ugarte has caught the eye of Milan’s recruitment team. While Ugarte has a hefty release clause of €60m, Milan is willing to pursue a loan move for the 2024-25 season if the opportunity arises.
