This victory marked their second consecutive promotion, earned with a total of 82 points in League Two. Elliot Lee opened the scoring early on, followed by a goal from standout player Paul Mullin, who doubled their lead.

A third goal arrived courtesy of a Forest Green own goal by Ryan Inniss before Mullin struck again. Ryan Barnett and Jack Marriott added to the scoreline, securing the emphatic win. The promotion was confirmed after MK Dons’ 4-1 loss to Mansfield, ensuring Wrexham’s place in League One. The team celebrated on the pitch, with manager Phil Parkinson receiving adulation from fans as he applauded them.
