Newcastle United forward Alexander Isak has become the latest footballer targeted by professional robbers. The incident occurred at Isak’s luxury home just 48 hours before he played in Newcastle’s 1-0 victory over Fulham. This comes after his teammate Joelinton’s home, located a mile away, was raided three months prior.

No arrests have been made in connection with Joelinton’s burglary, and detectives are investigating whether the same gang is responsible. Isak’s home, located on the Darras Hall estate in Northumberland, was targeted by robbers who gained entry through rear patio doors. It is unclear if Isak or any family members were present at the time of the burglary, or what items may have been stolen. A car was reported stolen and later found abandoned three miles away in Dissington.

This incident is part of a string of burglaries targeting footballers, including England stars Jack Grealish, Raheem Sterling, and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain. Police are urging anyone with information to come forward, and investigations into the burglary at Isak’s home are ongoing.
