The Portugal national has affirmed his allegiance to AC Milan amidst speculation about his departure from the Serie A giants during the upcoming summer. Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly interested in acquiring the player for the 2024/25 season, but Leao insists that he remains devoted to the Rossoneri.

During an interview with Corriere della Sera, Leao expressed, “My future is at Milan. I’m here and I still have a four-year contract. Milan helped me when I was in a very difficult situation, they were close to me. I don’t forget, I’m loyal. I arrived as a boy, here I grew as a man and as a footballer. I want to win again, my head is here.”

PSG has purportedly identified Leao as a potential replacement for their star player Kylian Mbappe, who is poised to depart the club at the end of the current season for Real Madrid. Alongside the Portuguese forward, Napoli’s Victor Osimhen is also on their list of targets. Meanwhile, Chelsea is also pursuing the 24-year-old as they seek to strengthen their attacking lineup following a disappointing season.

The forward is scheduled to feature next for AC Milan on Thursday when they face Slavia Praha in the first leg of their Europa League Round of 16 encounter.
