According to The Sun, certain seasoned head coaches are urging the League Manager’s Association to advocate for a rule amendment that they believe should synchronize the management and playing staff.

This adjustment would confine managerial alterations to specific intervals throughout a season.

While the concept holds a degree of rationale, it would be highly unexpected if Premier League or EFL clubs agreed to implement such a regulation. Given the well-established and internationally administered player transfer windows, it appears exceedingly improbable that clubs would relinquish the authority to change their manager at their discretion.

This season’s three managerial changes sharply contrast with the previous season, which witnessed a record-breaking 14 managerial switches, including Javi Gracia’s dismissal by Leeds United with four games left.

Following Roy Hodgson’s departure from Crystal Palace, there are presently no Premier League managers facing immediate jeopardy of losing their positions, though circumstances in modern football can evolve swiftly.
