He emphasized the importance of finding ways to win games, especially in the latter stages of the season, a topic Wenger often discussed during Arteta’s playing days. Reflecting on Wenger’s approach, Arteta mentioned, “He always talked about who is going to step up on the occasion to make it happen.” Arsenal currently sit at the top of the Premier League table, and a victory against Tottenham on Sunday would help maintain their position with three games remaining.

Despite the competition from Manchester City and Liverpool, Arteta remains focused on his team’s performance, stating, “We know what we have to do to win this league. We have to perform the best possible way and win our matches and wait to see what happens.” Arsenal can win their remaining matches and still not be guaranteed the title, highlighting the competitiveness of the league.
