Jude Bellingham, the esteemed Real Madrid player, touched hearts by generously offering his club-themed blanket to a freezing ball boy during their match against Arandina.

Despite not being on the field, Bellingham made a significant impact by first using the blanket to combat the cold and then kindly passing it to the shivering ball boy. After the game, the ball boy expressed to a Spanish reporter that it was his “happiest day.”

This wasn’t the only instance of Bellingham engaging with young fans; he also took photos with an enthusiastic group of supporters before the match. Real Madrid triumphed 3-1 in the Copa del Rey clash, confidently progressing to the next round of the competition.

Nacho Fernandez accidentally scored for the opposing team, giving Arandina a reason to celebrate. Real Madrid is set to face Atletico Madrid in the Spanish Supercup soon. Bellingham aims to find the net again after not scoring in his last two matches.

This scoring hiatus might seem unusual for the 20-year-old given the high standards he typically maintains in Madrid. Bellingham commenced his La Liga journey with an impressive tally of 10 goals in his first 10 appearances, not to mention contributing four goals and three assists in this season’s Champions League matches.

Despite concerns over his recent goal drought, his coach Carlo Ancelotti remains unfazed, stating, “It’s not surprising that he doesn’t score goals. He has worked a lot and when he has scored the goals it has been a plus. He has lacked a little freshness, like Rodrygo and Vini Jr.”

Ancelotti continued to shower praise on the English sensation, remarking, “He is performing exceptionally well in the first part of the season, considering the adaptation to our club. He had to adjust to a new culture and language, and he has done it remarkably well. Obviously, he is the best.”

However, it wasn’t all smooth sailing for the Bellingham family this week. Jude’s younger brother Jobe faced disappointment as his Sunderland side suffered a 3-0 defeat against Newcastle in the Tyne-Wear derby during the FA Cup third round at the Stadium of Light.
