West Ham United Teenager George Earthy Hospitalized After Premier League Debut Injury

West Ham United’s George Earthy endured a harrowing experience during his Premier League debut, as he was rushed to hospital after a serious injury. The 19-year-old midfielder came on as a substitute in the 82nd minute against Fulham but suffered a horrific clash of heads with teammate Edson Alvarez just three minutes later.

The collision left Earthy requiring oxygen on the pitch as the medical team attended to him. Fulham manager Marco Silva showed immediate concern, and Earthy was down for eight minutes before being stretchered off. He was replaced by Maxwel Cornet and taken to a London hospital in an ambulance. Fortunately, the club confirmed that Earthy was conscious.
