Newly-crowned Bundesliga champions Bayer Leverkusen are reportedly interested in signing Leeds winger Crysencio Summerville, joining a host of Premier League giants in pursuit of the Dutchman. Summerville, 22, has impressed with his Championship performances, boasting 18 goals and nine assists as Leeds push for promotion.

According to Bild’s transfer expert Christian Falk, Leverkusen’s Treble-seeking manager Xabi Alonso has identified Summerville as a potential target, along with Caen wunderkind Tidian Gomis. Premier League clubs Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea, Tottenham, West Ham, and Newcastle have also been linked with Summerville.Leeds is reportedly valuing Summerville at over £40 million, given his impressive performances and the remaining two years on his contract. Despite his efforts, Summerville couldn’t prevent Leeds from suffering a surprise 1-0 defeat against Blackburn, keeping them third in the Championship standings.

Summerville began his career at Feyenoord before joining Leeds in 2020. He made his Premier League debut in 2021 and signed an extended contract until 2026 in 2022. Now, with interest from both domestic and foreign clubs, Summerville could be offered a chance to return to the Premier League, whether with Leeds or elsewhere.
