The 24-year-old forward has participated in 26 matches across various competitions since joining the Serie A powerhouse from Lille last summer. Of these 26 appearances, he has only started in nine games, managing to score once and provide an equal number of assists.

According to a report from Tuttosport, discussions regarding the player’s future have commenced among Juventus directors, who are contemplating the possibility of selling him after just one season. Weah’s transfer from Lille to Juventus commanded a fee of €12 million (£10.3 million/$13 million), making him the club’s priciest acquisition of the current season.

While his performance in Italy has been lackluster, the winger has maintained a consistent presence in the starting lineup at the international level. He played a crucial role in the USMNT’s triumph in securing their third consecutive CONCACAF Nations League title last Sunday.

As Massimiliano Allegri’s Juventus squad gears up to face Lazio in a pivotal Serie A encounter on Saturday, the American player will be eager to secure more playing time at the club level.
