According to a report from La Gazzetta dello Sport, Francesco Camarda’s future at Milan remains uncertain as both Manchester clubs and Borussia Dortmund show interest in acquiring the 16-year-old forward.

Despite recently turning 16, Camarda has not yet finalized his first professional contract with Milan. La Gazzetta suggests that while there is a tentative agreement between the Italian and the Serie A giants for a new three-year deal, the contract remains unsigned.

It is reported that Camarda is likely to delay any decisions until the summer, which could still benefit Milan, extending his contract until the 2026-27 season.

Nevertheless, Milan faces competition from various European clubs eager to secure their academy talent. Manchester City, Manchester United, and Borussia Dortmund have been following Camarda closely for some time. Although he cannot move to the Premier League until he reaches 18 due to Brexit regulations, Palermo, a Serie B side, could play a significant role in negotiations, given their acquisition by City Group in 2022.
