Kanye West is anticipated to be present at San Siro as Inter hosts Atletico Madrid for the Champions League Round of 16 first leg on Tuesday evening.

The American rapper shares a strong bond with Nerazzurri fans, notably acknowledged by the club’s Curva Nord ultras for their contributions to the songs ‘Stars’ and ‘Carnival’ featured on the album Vultures 1, a collaboration with Ty Dolla Sign, released on February 10.

Known for his frequent visits to Milan, West also exchanged vows with his former spouse Kim Kardashian in Italy back in 2014.

Expected to join approximately 80,000 supporters at the Giuseppe Meazza stadium, West will be among a sold-out crowd for the Atletico match, alongside a contingent of about 3,000 traveling Atleti fans.

The Champions League showdown promises lucrative returns for Inter, with matchday revenue forecasted to reach close to €9m, encompassing ticket sales, television rights, and competition prize money, as reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport.

To provide context, Inter’s previous Champions League match against Benfica during the same stage in the 2022-23 season garnered approximately €6.7m for the club.
