Roma is reportedly exploring various options to find a suitable replacement for General Manager Tiago Pinto in January, as he is set to depart at the end of his three-year contract. La Gazzetta dello Sport indicates that the club is giving preference to candidates familiar with Serie A to fill this role. President Dan Friedkin and Roma CEO Lina Souloukou are actively participating in the search for Pinto’s successor.

Currently, the previously mentioned individuals such as Javier Ribalta and Christopher Vivell have not garnered much enthusiasm from the club’s management. This lack of enthusiasm is attributed to their backgrounds and limited experience in Italy, as well as their unfamiliarity in dealing with Italian agents.

Friedkin has made it clear that the primary objective is to replace Pinto with someone who possesses prior experience in Serie A, particularly in managing operations with limited resources.
