Roma is reportedly considering a move for Hamed Traore, the Bournemouth midfielder. The former Sassuolo player, acquired by Bournemouth for €22 million in the summer, is looking towards a Serie A return to secure more playing time. Traore has struggled to establish himself in the Cherries’ squad this season, facing challenges following a prolonged battle with malaria.

Having successfully recovered, Traore sought advice from a specialist in Italy and has now been given the green light for his return to the field. Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky Sport indicates that several Serie A teams have expressed interest in Traore. Alongside Napoli and AC Milan, Roma is among the clubs that have shown interest in the 23-year-old.

According to Di Marzio’s report, Roma might explore the option of securing Traore on loan, contingent upon the potential departure of Renato Sanches from the capital.
