The notorious viral audio sex noise found its way into unexpected places once again, disrupting the 2024 European Championship group stage draw. Gary Lineker and Alan Shearer experienced a similar embarrassing interruption earlier this year during their Match of the Day broadcast for Wolves and Liverpool’s FA Cup match.

These disruptive sounds, which caused a stir during the BBC Sport broadcast at Molineux, surfaced in the Hamburg auditorium during the EURO 2024 draw. As the final teams were being drawn for the groups, the unmistakable noise intermittently echoed throughout the venue, thanks to the notorious prankster Jarvo69.

Daniel Jarvis, also known as Jarvo69, shared a video on X (formerly Twitter), showcasing his prank during the EURO 2024 draw. In the five-minute, twenty-second clip, he excitedly revealed his scheme to prank the event, culminating in the unmistakable interruption.

Jarvis gleefully announced to his followers, “That was us! We got in there, played the sex noise during the EURO 2024 draw. Love you guys!” His history includes causing disturbances at various sporting events, from irking Indian cricket captain Virat Kohli at the Cricket World Cup to infiltrating South Africa’s Rugby World Cup celebration in Paris. Notably, he even celebrated Real Madrid’s 2022 Champions League victory by embracing Brazilian star Vinicius Junior on the pitch in Paris after the final whistle against Liverpool a year ago.
