As per the latest print edition of the Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInterNews, it’s reported that midfielders Fabio Miretti and Weston McKennie will regain fitness.

Weah, the 23-year-old US national player, has been sidelined for several weeks due to a hamstring issue. He’s been diligently working on his recovery to be ready for Sunday’s match.

The upcoming Serie A clash between Inter and Juventus holds immense significance for both teams, being among the most crucial fixtures of the season.

Given Inter and Juventus occupy the top spots in the table, there’s a sense that this weekend’s game could potentially decide the title race.

Therefore, Bianconeri coach Max Allegri aims to have a full squad at his disposal. However, there’s unfortunate news regarding Weah’s situation on the right side. He’s encountered a relapse of his previous injury, ruling him out of Sunday’s game as per the Gazzetta’s report.

Weah, who moved to Juventus from Lille during the summer transfer window, has made ten Serie A appearances, establishing himself as a regular right-wingback. Nonetheless, Allegri will have to manage without him on Sunday, adding to the absence of Danilo and Mattia De Sciglio due to injuries, alongside midfielders Paul Pogba and Nicolo Fagioli, facing bans for doping and betting, respectively.

Despite these setbacks, there’s a silver lining for Allegri. In midfield, where Juventus might have faced the absence of Manuel Locatelli, two players are set to return from injury, including academy product Fabio Miretti.
