The former wife of Brazilian soccer sensation Hulk has found love with a man nearly 30 years her junior, bouncing back from the tumultuous period when the footballer left her for her own niece.

At the age of 37, Hulk, the Atletico Mineiro striker, made global headlines when he tied the knot with Camila Angelo in September 2020, shortly after parting ways with her aunt Iran, the mother of his first three children. Camila, aged 33, welcomed their first child, a daughter named Zaya, in a Miami hospital in April of the following year.

Their affection for each other continues to be on full display through their social media posts. Camila, a model and influencer, recently shared an older picture of herself in a bikini, locking lips with her husband, and expressed to her Instagram followers, “So good to die from love! And keep on living.”

Now, it has come to light that 54-year-old Iran, who accused her niece of causing her immense pain shortly after revealing her pregnancy with Hulk’s fourth child, has embarked on a new relationship with a 25-year-old engineer named Lucas Suassuna. Lucas was seen earlier this year riding a jetski with Iran’s name on it, and the pair were later spotted together at a wedding in Lucas’s hometown of Joao Pessoa in northeastern Brazil. Local media reports suggested they were growing close.

In recent weeks, Iran took advantage of a holiday weekend to travel from Sao Paulo, where she resides with her three children, to visit the man being referred to as “her first serious partner” in Brazil since her 12-year marriage to the footballer ended in 2019.

Iran and Lucas shared photos of a boat trip they took to the picturesque Red Sand Island, located near Joao Pessoa.

They exercised together under the guidance of the same Muay Thai instructor, Ronaldo Sanches, training in a communal area of the apartment complex where Lucas resides.

Iran, Hulk’s ex-wife, has previously spoken about how she treated Camila like her own daughter and expressed her deep hurt when she was abandoned by the footballer, saying she felt like she was “burying her alive.”

She passionately conveyed her feelings, saying, “I gave everything to this girl since she came into the world. I sacrificed my dreams so many times to make her dreams come true. And here I’m not just talking about material goods, because these are easy to give when you have money, but love, affection, attention, respect. . .everything.”

“She knew my weaknesses, insecurities, pain, fears and had my unconditional love. She managed my life, and for me everything that she said was good, it was correct, it was ethical. She was perfect in everything and I gave her the direction of my life. If I was wrong, my God, it was because I loved and trusted too much.”

“Lies and disloyalties are like knives. “They cut our flesh, make us bleed, dry up, die a little inside. But for those that have God in their lives, this dying means rebirth.

I am reborn with each disappointment and each lie that is unmasked because Jesus made me strong.”

Iran went on to accuse Hulk and her niece of causing her great pain when they announced the pregnancy, comparing their actions to a knife that cuts deep. She shared a message on Instagram directed at the soccer star and Camila, stating, “Only time has the skill to unmask appearances, reveal lies and show someone’s true character.”

Hulk, whose real name is Givanildo Vieira de Sousa, married Camila in September 2020 while he was still playing for the Chinese club Shanghai SIPG, following his separation from the mother of his two sons and daughter.

Despite his age, the former Brazilian international, known as “Hulk” due to his resemblance to the actor Lou Ferrigno who portrayed the Incredible Hulk in the 1970s television series, continues to excel in Brazil’s Serie A. He left fans awestruck in June when he scored a remarkable 45-yard free-kick.
