Wales football captain Aaron Ramsey has ventured into the spirits industry with the launch of his own premium vodka brand, Tens Spirits. The 34-year-old Cardiff City midfielder has partnered with acclaimed chef Tom Simmons, naming the vodka after his iconic number ten shirt for the national team.

The brand, which debuts on Easter Sunday, is produced in Ramsey’s native Wales and was described at launch as “perfection for moments that matter.” Currently sidelined for the season following hamstring surgery, Ramsey shared a smiling photo from the launch on Instagram.

His new endeavor follows in the footsteps of former teammate Gareth Bale, who launched the “Elevens” sports bar in 2017 and a beer brand, Bale Ale. Simmons, known for his restaurant Thomas by Tom Simmons, recently earned Wales’ AA Restaurant of the Year award. Ramsey’s off-field venture adds to an illustrious career that includes 86 international caps, 369 appearances for Arsenal, and 70 games for Juventus.
