Former Premier League manager Sean Dyche, 53, is preparing to undergo surgery to address a long-standing breathing issue. The problem originated 25 years ago when Guy Ipoua accidentally struck Dyche’s nose with an overhead kick during a match between Millwall and Gillingham, leaving him unable to breathe properly.
Despite the injury, Dyche has continued his career without seeking proper treatment. On his new talkSPORT show, Dyche recently shared that his gnashers were done” and fix his nose, explaining that his plans to “g the breathing issue isn’t related to his distinct voice.
The former Everton boss has been unemployed since his sacking in January but has taken up a media role while considering his managerial future. Dyche hinted at possible media opportunities while leaving the door open for a return to football management.
