Erik Ten Hag has been spotted for the first time since his recent sacking from Manchester United, attending a match in the Dutch Eredivisie. The former United manager was let go earlier this week after a poor start to the season that saw the club win only three of their league games, their worst start in history, leaving them in 13th place.

The final blow for Ten Hag came after his team lost 2-1 to West Ham, despite dominating the game. Following his dismissal, Ten Hag returned to Holland on a private jet and wasted no time in immersing himself in football once again. He was seen watching Heracles Almelo defeat NAC Breda 2-0, with Brian De Keersmaecker scoring both goals for the home side.

ESPN commentator Sjors Blaauw remarked on Ten Hag’s presence, highlighting that he was enjoying a “nice game of football” just days after his exit from Old Trafford. Meanwhile, United managed to secure a victory in their first match post-Ten Hag.
