The 39-year-old superstar has returned to rigorous training after taking a well-earned summer break following Portugal’s exit from Euro 2024. The tournament wasn’t Ronaldo’s finest, as he struggled to score, a sharp contrast to his usual high-scoring form.

Despite criticism for his underwhelming performance in Euro 2024, Ronaldo’s comeback to Al-Nassr has been met with enthusiasm and hope. He was nothing short of spectacular last season, netting an incredible 50 goals in 51 games, and now he’s gearing up to deliver even more when the 2024-25 season kicks off later this month.

Ronaldo posted a series of training photos on Instagram, captioning them: “Ready to go!”

As Al-Nassr gears up for the new season, Ronaldo’s presence is vital. The team faces their first challenge on August 14, taking on Al-Taawoun in the Saudi Super Cup semi-finals, a crucial opportunity for Ronaldo to make an early impact. Following this, Al-Nassr will begin their Saudi Pro League campaign against Al-Raed on August 22.
