His agent stated that Martial seeks an ambitious project to achieve high club goals and aims to return to the France national team.
Financial considerations are secondary to sporting and family priorities. Martial joined Manchester United from Monaco in a £36 million transfer in 2015, making 317 appearances, scoring 90 goals, and providing 47 assists. However, his final years at Old Trafford were plagued by injuries.
