Steven Caulker has secured a new club in Turkey after a brief job search. The 32-year-old center-back, who previously played in the Premier League with clubs such as Tottenham and Liverpool, has signed with Turkish second-division team Ankara Keçiörengücü.

Caulker became a free agent in May following his stint as player-manager at Spanish fifth-division side Malaga City. His search for a new opportunity led him to use LinkedIn to explore options, offering his services as a player-manager. His efforts have now paid off with this new Turkish contract.

Caulker, who confirmed his move via social media, has returned to Turkey after past spells with Alanyaspor, Fenerbahçe, Gaziantep, and Fatih Karagümrük. His career began at Tottenham in 2009, and he has also had notable tenures with Cardiff and Queens Park Rangers, and brief loan periods at Liverpool and Southampton. He earned one England cap in 2012.
