Manchester City have kicked off their pre-season training in preparation for the upcoming 2024-25 Premier League season, with Pep Guardiola actively putting his players through their paces. Both Erling Haaland and Jack Grealish, who missed Euro 2024, have been seen working hard on the training pitch while also enjoying some lighthearted moments. Haaland couldn’t contain his laughter after a particular drill left Grealish on the ground, having been struck in a sensitive area.

Grealish has showcased a chiselled physique over the summer, frequently sharing his fitness progress on social media. He has even utilized Juventus’ training facilities to ensure a strong start to the new season after being excluded from Gareth Southgate’s England squad for Euro 2024.

City manager Pep Guardiola acknowledged that Grealish “struggled” last season but is confident in his ability to rebound in the 2024-25 campaign. Currently, Grealish and the rest of the team are preparing for pre-season friendlies against Celtic, Milan, Barcelona, and Chelsea.
