Juventus are currently assessing their attacking options for the upcoming 2023-24 season and maintain a keen interest in Borussia Dortmund forward Karim Adeyemi. However, securing the 22-year-old will not be inexpensive for the Italian club.
Adeyemi, who joined Dortmund in summer 2022 for a reported €30 million fee and has three seasons left on his five-year contract, is valued highly by his current club. Reports from Corriere dello Sport and Calciomercato.com indicate that Dortmund’s initial asking price starts at €30 million, but realistically could climb towards €40 million, potentially reaching up to €45 million later in the summer transfer window.
Meanwhile, Juventus are optimistic about receiving around €30 million from Leicester City for Matias Soule and are focusing on offloading several current squad members before finalizing any new attacking signings.
Currently, Dusan Vlahovic and Kenan Yildiz are assured of their places in the first-team squad under Thiago Motta as senior forwards.
Additionally, Juventus are exploring the possibility of acquiring former Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho, who may be available on loan from Manchester United with a conditional purchase option. However, his reported salary of over €10 million per season presents a financial consideration for the Bianconeri to address.
