Multiple Premier League clubs, including Aston Villa and Everton, are keen on acquiring Napoli’s playmaker Jesper Lindstrom during the upcoming summer transfer window.
The 24-year-old Danish talent joined Napoli last summer from Eintracht Frankfurt in a deal valued at approximately €30m. However, his debut season was marked by challenges, with Lindstrom seeing limited action totaling just 759 minutes across various managerial changes.
Napoli is open to the idea of Lindstrom departing following his difficult first season, with recent reports linking him to a potential loan move to Olympique Lyon having subsided in recent weeks.
Today’s Gazzetta dello Sport reports on page 17 that several Premier League teams, including Aston Villa and Everton, are actively pursuing Lindstrom, eyeing a move for the Danish playmaker in the near future.
Napoli has communicated their willingness to sell Lindstrom and has set an asking price of €30m, a figure intended to allow them to compete for Manchester United’s out-of-favor forward Mason Greenwood.
