Manchester United wonderkid Shola Shoretire is reportedly set to leave the club. Since Erik ten Hag took charge, the youngster has struggled for game time and is out of contract at the end of the month. United still hopes to reach a new agreement with Shoretire, according to Manchester World.

Although he has been offered a new contract, the 20-year-old is reportedly ready to leave. United aims to tie Shoretire down with plans to give him a chance in pre-season before loaning him out. Shoretire is a record breaker at United, becoming the club’s youngest-ever player in Europe in a 0-0 draw with Real Sociedad. He also became United’s seventh-youngest player ever when he replaced Marcus Rashford against Newcastle in 2021 and wore the highest shirt number ever for a United player in a competitive match 74.

Meanwhile, Mason Greenwood is also reportedly heading for the exit. United rejected a £20 million offer from Lazio for the forward, holding out for a £30 million fee. Greenwood is attracting plenty of attention from various clubs.
