Norwegian striker Erling Haaland, 23, is enjoying his “volley-days” after failing to qualify for Euro 2024. The Manchester City star was seen kicking a ball around while on a yacht in Cannes, France, joined by friends and his father, former City and Leeds ace Alfie, 51.

Haaland, who has won the Premier League twice, plus the FA Cup and Champions League in the last two years, scored 45 goals in all competitions for City last season and six of Norway’s 14 goals in their qualifying campaign. However, these efforts were not enough to secure a spot in Euro 2024, which starts tonight. Norway has not qualified for a major tournament since 2000.

Despite this, Haaland kept his skills sharp and relaxed by riding a jet ski. Earlier this week, he played DJ in Marbella, where he partied with friends at Restaurante Playa Padre, dancing the night away with a mischievous grin on his face.
