PSG has emerged as a serious suitor for Kvaratskhelia, particularly as they seek a successor for Kylian Mbappe in the upcoming transfer window. Their offer, exceeding €100 million for the winger, failed to sway Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis, who is adamant about retaining the Georgian talent.
