Jose Mourinho has secured a new role four months after being sacked by Roma. The 61-year-old former Chelsea and Manchester United manager will join TNT Sports for the broadcaster’s coverage of the Champions League final between Real Madrid and Borussia Dortmund at Wembley.

Mourinho, who managed Real Madrid from 2010 to 2013, will provide expert analysis alongside regular pundits Rio Ferdinand, Owen Hargreaves, and Steve McManaman. The coverage will be presented by Laura Woods, with Darren Fletcher and Ally McCoist providing commentary. Despite his new punditry role, Mourinho is still seeking his next managerial position. He was recently linked to Turkish club Fenerbahce and a sporting director role at Saudi Pro League side Al-Qadisiyah.

Mourinho also expressed regret over rejecting a past offer to manage the Portugal national team, acknowledging their current strength. Mourinho emphasized the need for realistic objectives in his next role, telling The Telegraph, “I cannot go to a club where, because of my history, the objective is to win the title. The targets and objectives have to be established by everyone in a fair way.”
