He notably led Chelsea to a Champions League victory in 2021.

Currently, Erik ten Hag remains United’s manager but faces potential dismissal following this weekend’s FA Cup final against Manchester City. The decision on his future will reportedly be made after the match, with new minority owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe spearheading the search for a replacement. The team includes Sir Dave Brailsford, acting chief executive Jean Claude-Blanc, and new technical director Jason Wilcox.

Other potential candidates include Mauricio Pochettino, Ipswich Town’s Kieran McKenna, England manager Gareth Southgate, and Brentford’s Thomas Frank. Despite a challenging season, Ten Hag remains focused on ending on a high note with a cup victory, attributing the team’s struggles to numerous injuries.
