The Klopp era at Liverpool concluded this weekend with a 2-0 victory over Wolves at Anfield. In an emotional farewell on the final day of the Premier League season, the German manager expressed his gratitude to the players and fans for their unwavering support and urged them to back his successor, Arne Slot. While many speculated about when the former Borussia Dortmund coach might return to Anfield, it turns out he and his wife Ulla will be back in just a few weeks for Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour.

During an hour-long Q&A with staff in the Carlsberg Dugout executive lounge in Anfield’s Main Stand, Klopp revealed, via The Athletic, that he and his wife have tickets to see Swift perform at Anfield in mid-June. He even broke into a rendition of her hit song ‘Shake It Off’.

Klopp will be remembered as a Liverpool legend and a Premier League icon. Under his leadership, the Reds secured numerous trophies, including the Champions League and Premier League, making his departure a significant challenge for the new manager, Slot. It remains to be seen if Liverpool can maintain their top-tier status post-Klopp.

Earlier this week, Liverpool confirmed the appointment of Feyenoord boss Slot. The Dutchman has signed a three-year contract and will officially take over next month. As for Klopp, his next steps are still uncertain.
