Jurgen Klopp gave fans a glimpse into his former office after an emotional Liverpool training session. The German manager, who announced his departure from Anfield in January after nine years, will bid farewell to the Kop in his final game against Wolves on Sunday.

Klopp, who led Liverpool to Premier League and Champions League glory, shocked fans by joining Instagram and sharing a heartfelt farewell video. He followed this with a tour of his office, showing his belongings packed up and ready for departure. “So, here I am, last day in the office,” Klopp began, showing the view of the training ground. Reflecting on the final session, he said, “Few of the coaches got quite emotional. I didn’t quite yet. I told myself that tomorrow’s a game and after that is holiday.”

Klopp will be succeeded by Dutchman Arne Slot. Meanwhile, assistants Pepijn Lijnders and Vitor Matos will move to Red Bull Salzburg. Liverpool also announced the departures of Joel Matip and Thiago Alcantara, marking the end of an era at Anfield.
