Although Serie A teams are midway through gameweek 30, there will be no matches held on Easter Sunday, adhering to the customary practice in the Italian league.

While the Premier League, LaLiga, Bundesliga, and Ligue 1 all proceed with their regular Sunday fixtures, Serie A players and coaches will enjoy an uncommon day off.

Serie A traditionally observes public holidays, particularly during the Christmas and Easter periods. Hence, matches will not resume until 11:30 GMT on Easter Monday, with Bologna hosting Salernitana at the Dall’Ara Stadium.

Although scheduling adjustments have been made for Boxing Day fixtures around the winter season to accommodate holidays, Easter Sunday remains off-limits in Italy.

Some teams will have little respite as they prepare for Monday’s matches, including Bologna, Salernitana, Cagliari, Hellas Verona, Sassuolo, Udinese, Lecce, Roma, Inter, and Empoli. Inter and Empoli will conclude the 30th round of fixtures at San Siro, with a kickoff scheduled for 19:45 GMT.
