Claudio Marchisio, the former Juventus midfielder, has established his own player agency alongside Alessandro Tocci and is keen on securing Newcastle United’s Loris Karius for Serie A.

After concluding a single-season stint with Zenit Saint Petersburg in 2018-19, the former Bianconeri player retired from professional football. Notably, he dedicated 25 years of his life to Juventus, joining the club as a youth and evolving into a key member of the senior squad.

Since retiring, Marchisio has been actively engaged, authoring a subsequent book about his life and contributing as a columnist for the newspaper Corriere della Sera. Despite some fans’ desires for his return to Juventus in some capacity, no concrete developments have emerged on that front.

According to reports from TMW, Marchisio has launched a player agency named ‘Circum’ with Alessandro Tocci. The agency already manages several promising talents, including Bayer Munich’s Davide Dell’Erba and Inter’s Francesco Stante.

Among the players under Marchisio’s Circum representation is Karius, who currently serves as the third-choice goalkeeper at Newcastle. Karius gained notoriety for his unfortunate performance during the 2017-18 Champions League final with Liverpool.

Now, the German goalkeeper, who recently became a parent with DAZN presenter Diletta Leotta, is seeking a move to Serie A after struggling to make a significant impact with Newcastle.
