In its Monday edition, La Gazzetta dello Sport emphasized Juventus’ satisfaction that the proposed swap involving Chelsea and Romelu Lukaku fell through during the summer.
The negotiations between Juventus and Chelsea failed to settle on a satisfactory price for the strikers, thus Vlahovic remained in Turin while Lukaku eventually joined Roma on a dry loan deal.
