Rodriguez posted a video showcasing her support for Ronaldo, featuring her playing football with their children. In a light-hearted attempt at a penalty kick, Rodriguez’s shot ricocheted off the crossbar, reminiscent of Diana Ross’ infamous penalty miss during the opening of the USA World Cup in 1994.
Despite the playful mishap, Rodriguez’s Instagram also captured moments of their family enjoying Ronaldo’s match against Al-Hilal in the final. The match itself had its share of eccentricity, with WWE’s The Undertaker making a pre-match appearance to present the trophy, adding to the unusual atmosphere. Despite the loss in the final, Ronaldo’s night took a humorous turn as he was seen laughing at the unusual events.
Nonetheless, the family outing appeared to be enjoyable, as evidenced by Rodriguez’s Instagram posts. Ronaldo’s next fixture for Al-Nassr is against Al-Feiha in the round of 16 of the Asian Champions League on February 14.
