Kessler further discloses that Sullivan’s agent, Wasserman, has already communicated to other clubs that the competition for his transfer is concluded, affirming that Sullivan is set to join Manchester City. Born in September 2009, the young midfielder cannot make the move to England until he reaches the age of 16.
