As per The Athletic’s report, Anthony Martial has turned down interest from Marseille, Fenerbahce, and several Saudi Arabian teams in recent weeks. With his contract expiring soon, he’s eligible to negotiate with foreign clubs now, but as of yet, no agreement has been reached.

This season, Martial has scored just twice in 19 games across all competitions, and Manchester United isn’t planning to activate an extension clause in his contract. Instead, they’re open to him leaving for free at the season’s end, although it’s uncertain how many clubs will make offers.

Having not completed a full 90 minutes for nearly three years, Martial has been on the brink of departing multiple times. He had a loan spell at Sevilla in 2022 but struggled to make a significant impact in Spain.

The French forward aims to end the season positively as he looks to secure a new club in the upcoming transfer window. Despite missing the last six games due to a mix of illness and injury, there’s a chance he might feature against Tottenham this weekend.
