An alarming incident unfolded in Sao Paulo when a gang of armed men attempted to kidnap the newborn daughter of Neymar’s girlfriend, Bruna Bianciardi. The home of the Bianciardi family in Cotia became the target of the criminals’ invasion, as reported by R7 newspaper via Marca.
The suspects, two of whom were armed, entered the residence in search of Bianciardi and their daughter, Mavie. Fortunately, neither of them was present during the break-in, and Neymar, the Brazilian football star, was also absent.mHowever, Bruna Bianciardi’s parents were at home when the assailants stormed in. They were tied up but did not suffer injuries during the ordeal, as per R7 reports.
Footage from Brazil’s Municipal Civil Guard (GCM) showed the arrival of three suspects by car. One of them, now in custody, resides in the same condominium as the Bianciardi family, providing them access to carry out the invasion. The captured suspect is currently the only one detained by authorities. The remaining two individuals managed to escape with stolen items, which included luxury handbags, watches, and jewelry, as reported by Globo. The second perpetrator has been identified but not apprehended, while the third is still at large.
Neymar, who recently underwent knee surgery, has not commented on the incident as of yet.
