Harry Kane completed his third hat-trick for the club in the 4-0 victory, but despite the impressive performance, manager Tuchel remained dissatisfied at the end of the match.

This win served as a flawless comeback for Bayern after their unexpected elimination from the German Cup at the hands of third-tier Saarbrucken.

Tuchel, aged 50, had faced criticism from certain sections of the German media due to that prior result. Consequently, he was not very receptive when a reporter conducted an interview with him on the pitch at Signal Iduna Park.

The former Chelsea manager became visibly irritated when questioned about his return to Dortmund, a team he managed from 2015 to 2017.

Tuchel was subsequently asked about the pressure of managing Bayern, and his response was sensitive, prompting further probing from the interviewer.

During the conversation, Tuchel admitted that he was agitated by comments from pundits and then inquired about the next question.

Later, in an interview with Sky Sports Germany, Tuchel’s demeanor still seemed affected by his previous exchange.

He engaged in a confrontation with pundit Lothar Matthaus, accusing him and his colleague Dietmar Hamman of being overly critical of Bayern.

Tuchel felt that his team had been subjected to severe criticism despite winning eight out of ten games in the Bundesliga and leading their Champions League group.

Matthaus suggested to Tuchel that he shouldn’t take the criticism so personally, which further irritated the Bayern manager.

Moments later, he abruptly terminated the interview, stating that it had become “too much” for him to handle. However, he did shake Matthaus’ hand before leaving to join his team in the tunnel.
