In September, Cristiano Ronaldo’s exceptional goal-scoring performance earned him the title of Saudi Pro League Player of the Month.

The 38-year-old showcased his talent by scoring an impressive five goals and providing three assists, boosting his total goals for the season to 10, achieved in just seven games.

Ronaldo’s outstanding form greatly contributed to Al-Nassr’s success, as they secured six victories in their first eight matches, positioning them in fourth place within the highly competitive league.

Notably, Ronaldo has already surpassed his goal tally from his inaugural season in Saudi Arabia. Additionally, he continues to excel on the international stage, leading Portugal’s Euro 2024 qualifying campaign with five goals.

Ronaldo is currently in the company of renowned players such as Sadio Mane, Marcelo Brozovic, Alex Telles, and Aymeric Laporte in the capital. Together, they aim to improve upon their second-place finish from the previous season.

It’s worth highlighting that Ronaldo’s exceptional performance in September is even more remarkable when considering that he was also named Player of the Month in August. During the opening month of the season, the prolific striker netted five goals and contributed two assists to help propel Al-Nassr up the league standings.
