According to reports by Romeo Agresti and Gianluca Di Marzio, Italy international Leonardo Bonucci has decided to take legal action against his former club, Juventus. During the pre-season, Bonucci was excluded from the first team and forced to train separately, indicating that he was no longer part of Massimiliano Allegri’s plans. This situation led Bonucci to believe that Juventus had caused him harm by denying him access to proper training conditions, which violated the collective agreement with the Italian Footballers’ Association.

Di Marzio’s report reveals that Bonucci had to train at different times from the rest of the team, in the evenings, and without any interaction with the coaching staff. He was also unable to utilize all the training facilities. In response, Bonucci’s lawyers, Antonio Conte and Gabriele Zuccheretti, will file a lawsuit today against Juventus.

Bonucci has expressed his intention to donate any compensation he receives from winning the case to Neuroland, an NGO supporting families of children hospitalized in the pediatric neurosurgery department of the Regina Margherita Hospital in Turin, as well as to Live Onlus, an organization that purchases and donates defibrillators to sports clubs, schools, and communities.
