According to Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky Sport, Roma has started the countdown to approving the sale of Lukaku.

Chelsea will get a set loan fee of €5 million from the capital club. There won’t likely be any buy option or obligation included in the loan.

Additionally, Roma is now finishing talks with Lukaku’s agent, who has indicated his full availability for a salary cut of €7.5 million.
