At the start of the Tokyo Olympic Games, German track and field standout Alica Schmidt was dubbed the “world’s sexiest athlete.” She is trying to get to her best form. Schmidt prepared for the late spring and summer track schedule by posting an Instagram Story and a snapshot from a track in Spain.
Schmidt is a skilled track athlete competing in Europe. At the 2017 European Athletics U20 Championships, she assisted the German team in winning a silver medal in the 4400 relay. The 2019 European Athletics U23 Championships saw Schmidt and her teammates take home the bronze medal.
