On Thursday, De Ligt posted on Instagram to reveal their engagement. A romantic embrace between the infatuated couple was exchanged while Annekee’s engagement ring was on show in front of a waterfront scene.
In the picture, Annekee and De Ligt can be seen grinning together, and the defense captioned it, “She said yes!!” A repost of the upload was also made by Annekee to her 445,000 Instagram followers.
